Processing time

Orders will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.

If this is not possible the customer will be notified.



Free freight and tracking apply to all online orders.


International Sales.

All international orders travel freight free with tracking via:

Standard Airmail

to the United States takes 6 – 10 working days
to Europe 10 – 14 working days.

These estimates are approximate as parcels can take longer if suspended in Customs.


Domestic Sales.

All domestic orders travel freight free with tracking via:

Express Post

two to three working days.



Thirty Day Return Policy

We accept returns.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were dispatched within thirty days of our dispatch date.

This means goods must be received by us before the thirty-day expiry period.

Return postage is at customers cost and must have parcel tracking.

Once we receive the parcel, we assess the goods and if all is in order we refund the goods less a AUD20 handling fee.

Disputes are handled on a case by case basis.
